Understanding and embodying your unique Human Design — as I like to think of it, the energetic blueprint of your soul — will completely transform your business.
Human Design is also called the “science of differentiation”, and although it isn’t so much a science in the technical sense, I do love the emphasis on differentiation. Because let’s face it, we are all so different, right? Which is why it doesn’t make sense to expect that the business strategy that works perfectly for somebody else will automatically get the same results for you.
When you learn about your own one-of-a-kind Human Design, and begin implementing that knowledge into the way you run, create, and show up in your business, everything changes.
Instead of feeling like you’re constantly stuck between a rock and a hard place, things start to feel easy. Fun. Playful. You meet so much less resistance, and start remembering why you fell in love with your business in the first place.

Generators in Business
Immerse yourself in the things you love to do and work to your heart’s content when you feel inspired. When nothing is lighting you up, take a break from work to recharge your batteries and come back when you’re excited again.
Manifesting Generators in Business
Give yourself permission to explore your different interests and passions as they arise. When you feel the urge to do something new, take baby steps in that direction until you’re sure it’s a “hell yes” — then jump in headfirst and put your energy to good use.
Manifestors in Business
Don’t be afraid to stand out, speak up, and be yourself. You were born to lead and to blaze a trail. You don’t need anyone’s permission to follow the nudges of your heart, in business or in life.
Projectors in Business
Create a business structure where you can guide, mentor, and teach others — without having to do the actual legwork yourself. Rest as much as possible, even before you get tired, and spend time every day expanding your knowledge and honing your craft.
Reflectors in Business
Don’t rush big decisions in your business. Feel into them every day over a period of a month or so until you reach a cumulative sense of clarity. Set up a sacred space to work in where the energy feels immaculate. And don’t be afraid to switch things up sometimes (offers, platforms, strategies) — you’re here to be delighted by the variety that biz (and life) offers!
Remember: business doesn’t have to feel hard or complicated. You can create a business filled with ease, flow, and pleasure. By embracing your unique design, you can reduce resistance and manifest the abundance and success you desire much faster.
